一句话概括：旮旯是一款本地优先的私密日记 App。你的日记正文、图片与位置信息默认只保存在你自己的设备上；我们不自建服务器、不收集你的日记内容、不投放广告、不做用户追踪。
1. 我们如何对待你的数据
- 无需注册登录：App 没有账号体系，我们无法也没有渠道把你的设备与你的身份关联起来。
- 本地存储：日记正文保存在设备本地的数据库（SQLite），图片保存在 App 沙盒目录中，不会自动上传到任何服务器。
- 开发者不设数据服务器：我们没有任何后端服务存放你的日记数据，因此也无从读取、导出或恢复它们。
- 不追踪、不收集：App 不含第三方统计 SDK、不含广告 SDK，不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不进行跨 App 追踪。
2. 权限使用说明
所有权限都只在你主动操作时申请；拒绝授权不影响日记的记录与浏览等核心功能。

App 不会在后台持续定位，也不使用相机、麦克风、通知、通讯录等未申请的权限。
3. 联网场景说明
旮旯在以下场景会产生网络请求。除此之外不会联网：
3.1 查询天气（你主动触发时）
- 当你获取天气时，App 会把该地点的经纬度发送给公开天气服务
Open-Meteo（open-meteo.com），以获取该时刻的温度与天气状况。查询当天用实况接口；查询过去的日期用其历史存档接口，因此从照片日记带出的老照片也能填上拍摄当天的天气。 - 该服务为免费开放的公共天气接口，无需 API Key；请求结果仅用于在你的日记中写入一行天气快照。
- 请求不包含你的姓名、账号、设备标识或日记内容，我们也不保存这些请求记录。
- Open-Meteo 作为一个独立的第三方服务，其数据处理遵循其自身的隐私政策。
此外，当系统需要把经纬度转换为地名时，会调用操作系统提供的地理编码能力（iOS 的 CLGeocoder），该过程由 Apple 按系统隐私政策处理。
3.2 云备份（会员功能，你主动开启时）
- 云备份需要你自行填写自己的网盘信息（WebDAV 或 S3 兼容存储），例如你自己的坚果云、群晖、MinIO 等。
- 备份包在你的设备上完成 AES-256 加密后才上传到你自己的存储空间；我们不知道你的存储凭据，也无法解密备份内容。
- 数据直接在你的设备与你自己的网盘之间传输，不经过我们或任何第三方服务器。
3.3 应用内购买（会员功能）
- 支付由 Apple App Store / Google Play 完成，我们不接触也不保存你的支付方式、卡号等任何支付信息。
- 购买与恢复购买时，App 会向商店服务查询商品与交易状态；会员是否开通记录在你的本机，并会在订阅到期后向商店核对一次是否已续费。
4. 第三方服务清单

除上述服务外，App 不集成任何统计、广告、社交或数据分析类第三方 SDK。
5. 数据存储与安全
- 日记与图片存放在 App 沙盒内，其他 App 无法读取；卸载 App 会一并删除本机全部数据与图片。
- 本地备份导出的是未加密的 ZIP 归档文件，请自行妥善保管与流转。
- 云备份在设备端加密后再上传，密钥由你掌握，遗失后我们无法帮你找回。
6. 数据共享与出售
我们不会出售、出租或以任何形式向第三方共享你的日记内容与个人信息。我们既没有这些数据，也没有能力访问它们。
7. 你的权利与数据删除
- 随时删除：可在 App 内删除单篇日记、单张图片，或在「设置 → 清空全部数据」中一次性彻底清除本机全部日记与图片。
- 导出带走：可使用免费的本地备份功能导出 ZIP 归档，自行保管或迁移。
- 卸载即删除：直接卸载 App 也会删除本机全部数据。
- 由于我们不持有你的数据，「向我们申请删除数据」在技术上并不适用——数据始终在你的控制之下。
8. 儿童隐私
旮旯不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会主动收集儿童的任何个人信息。由于 App 不收集个人信息，不存在针对儿童的专门数据处理行为。
9. 政策更新
如本政策发生实质性变更，我们会更新本页面顶部的「最近更新」日期，并在 App 新版本中说明。继续使用 App 即表示你接受更新后的政策。

GALA Privacy Policy
In one sentence: GALA is a local-first private diary app. Your diary text, photos and location stay on your own device by default. We run no server, collect no diary content, show no ads and do not track you.
1. How we treat your data
- No account, no login. We have no way to link your device to your identity.
- Local storage. Diary text is stored in a local SQLite database and photos in the app sandbox; nothing is uploaded automatically.
- No developer servers. We hold no backend that stores your diary, so we cannot read, export or restore it.
- No tracking, no collection. No analytics SDK, no ad SDK, no IDFA, no cross-app tracking.
2. Permissions
- Photo library (read): to add photos you choose to a diary entry, and for the member "Quick Note" feature that reads the capture time and location of a photo you select. Denying it only disables these features.
- Photo library (write): to save entry photos or time-machine receipts to your photo library.
- Location (when in use): read once when you tap to fetch it, to fill in the entry location or look up current weather. No background location. The app does not request camera, microphone, notifications or contacts.
3. Network usage
- Weather lookup (on your action): the location's latitude/longitude is sent to the public weather service Open-Meteo to return the temperature and condition at that time. Current conditions use its live forecast API; past dates use its historical archive API, so older photos brought in through Photo Journal can be filled with the weather of the day they were taken. No name, account, device identifier or diary content is included.
- System geocoding: converting coordinates to a place name uses the operating system's geocoder (Apple's
CLGeocoderon iOS). - Cloud backup (member, off by default): you enter your own WebDAV / S3 storage. The archive is AES-256 encrypted on your device before upload; data goes directly from your device to your own storage, never through us.
- In-app purchase: payment is handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play. We never receive your payment details; membership status is stored on your device, and is checked once with the store when a subscription expires to see whether it was renewed.
4. Data sharing and storage
We do not sell, rent or share your diary content or personal information. Local backups are exported as unencrypted ZIP archives — please keep them safe. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data and photos.
5. Deletion and your control
You can delete individual entries or photos at any time, or wipe everything via Settings → Clear all data. You can also export a ZIP archive to take your data with you. Because we hold no data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
6. Children
GALA is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note it in a new app version.
